- Accommodation for 7 nights, 8 days (from Sep. 29-Oct 6, 2023)
- Locally made vegetarian breakfast, lunch and dinner (very filling & loving meals)
- Daily Yoga Classes (around 2 classes per day)
- Daily Meditation classes
- Daily retreat workshops & activities
- A group snorkelling adventure (excursion)
- Transportation to and from the excursions and retreat’s planned out-of-lodge activities

NOT INCLUDED:
- Flight transfers & transportation to get to the lodge (please see below)

- Expenses you choose to spend unrelated to the retreat inclusions
To get to the beautiful island and jungles of Bocas Del Toro, you can fly from Panama City which is the most recommended option. The retreat organizer, Yara, can help you with this. If you wish to pay in instalments for the domestic flight, we can book it on your behalf and add it into your flexible payment plan instead, interest free. Additionally, you will still have to get a flight ticket from your hometown to Panama City.

- This retreat is spiritually and health focused, so we will not be serving alcohol. Cannabis & THC are highly not recommended during the retreat’s activities in order to get the full experience and benefits of our program.

option 3: $450 deposit, monthly payments until complete (+25$ CAD transaction fee for payments that are split for more than 3 transactions)
For split payment options, payments are aimed to be complete before September 29th. But also talk to us if you need more time as we can extend 1-2 months of credit post-retreat.

AFTER FILLING THE FORM:
After filling the form, please either book a call with the organizer (highly recommended to get all details you need), and then afterwards you can make a full payment or deposit to secure your spot once you are 100% ready for this and want to take part! We will also get in touch with you by email as soon as you fill out the form just to casually connect and answer any questions.
REFUNDS:
It is an extraordinary commitment to bring this one of a kind immersive experience to our participants, which takes us a lot of preparation, therefore deposit payments are non-refundable in full. Spots are very limited. We also pride ourselves in preparing a personal experience for the attendees based on our conversations so we can assist in receiving what you need from this retreat.
Once a spot is confirmed and payment made, we can only refund a deposit for cancellation 120 days+ before retreat start date. And, the payments made which are not a deposit are non-refundable 0-30 days before the retreat start date.
